It took a long time for reimbursement, didn't cover as much as VPI, which I have had for dogs in the past.

Everyone was so nice and as helpful as they could be. The only things that brings the rating down is that the claims would process a little quicker. Because the surgeries are so much, a credit card needed to be used...
