Always extremely quick in response time once a claim is sent. I'm fortunate that my vet is the one who submits all claims.

Quick and easy claim resolution
It's always easy and fast to submit a claim and to get a response. Sometimes my claims get rejected, but there's always a valid reason and I rarely have to follow up. The one time I did appeal I had a succesful resolution.

More efficient process than expected.
