Easy and reliable!! Happy I got healthy paws!
I got Healthy Paws insurance before I adopted my dog Dory because I read that they had the least ‘strings attached’ and were easy to work with. I have to say I was not disappointed!! Shortly after we got Dory we realized she had a breathing issue and needed surgery to get her soft palette reduced. I was nervous they would count it as a pre-existing condition even though it was a new diagnosis but they processed the claim within a week and refunded me accordingly! I was ecstatic. It is such a relief to have Healthy Paws insurance to help me provide the best care possible for my dog!

WOW! My dog is alive because of y’all!
I LOVE Healthy Paws! My dog has used their insurance twice in the past 4 months and he’s 6 months old! Lol! The most recent visit was just over 5600 dollars to repair a fractured back leg after Eli got the zoomies and ran off a 5ft retaining wall while vacationing in Colorado! I ended up paying just over 800 to save my dogs life! I would have lost him that day as a lump sum would not have been affordable. These things happen so quick! I could feel his speed would get him in trouble at 10 weeks old! Little did I know this would have been the outcome!!!! I had my money back in my account in 6 days from the start of the claim! I’m super impressed! Thank you for giving me years more with my precious Eli! They even checked up on him a few times! Made it personal and special!!!!

This was the 2nd claim for the dog? Her records were marked as 'incomplete' bc of lack from one vet whose office I visited and saw that she had not only emailed but also FAXED the requested records TWICE (and did so a THIRD time for me).

Her records were marked as 'incomplete' bc of lack from one vet, whose office I visited, and saw that she had not only emailed but also FAXED the requested records TWICE (and did so a THIRD time for me). I'm concerned that going forward, any claim might also have such "incomplete" experiences. I just signed up my remaining 4 dogs and am wondering why the records request doesn't happen now -- it could be years before a claim is made (hopefully!!!).
