Two issues
Two issues: 1) There's no app to easily/efficiently submit a claim 2) The process of reviewing and finally receiving my money took about 2 months.

Terrible experience. Pretend to communicate by email and then overlook when you attempt to reach out. They literally took my rent money and then cancelled my protection. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I cannot recommend Healthy Paws enough for Healthy Pets!
Healthy Paws was there for me and my dog Max when he herniated a disc on his spine and could not walk. He needed several procedures and surgery. Thankfully I signed up with Healthy Paws when Max was a puppy. The cost of the procedures and surgery was almost $7,000.00! Shortly after Max's surgery, I received a check from Healthy Paws that covered 90% of his medical bills. Max is recovering, walking again, and we are both very happy and grateful to Healthy Paws. A million thank yous to Healthy Paws, we could not have done it without you!
