Speedy, Affordable and reliable!
My dog had dental surgery For a mass removal and suffered an injury Which required emergency surgery. Once I submitted the claims, nationwide was able to reimburse me almost immediately. I am very pleased with their service.

Issue Using Nationwides Claim Service
This was overall a really positive experience. Called the customer service hotline two separate times to discuss whether the insurance would cover the operation. Both ladies were extremely friendly, and while I understood the policy is not to say "yes its covered" on the phone, they were very knowledgeable. The only issue I had with this experience is that your claim submission website was down for three days... I ultimately had to download the Vitusvet app to submit my claim. Which I only learned of from calling your customer service hotline (once again amazing). Was frustrating given that I had to pay out of pocket for the operation and needed to get a refund as soon as possible to cover other expenses.

Best insurance ever.
Learned about pet insurance from my son. His dog had some early problems and it really paid off for him. When we got our new puppy we checked into insurance. Nationwide was one of the ones she recommended. After researching the companies I decided to go with Nationwide. They had the best coverage as far as I could tell. I selected Nationwide and am glad I did. The customer service has been excellent and payments are timely. Best choice I have ever made. Totally worth it to me. Thanks Nationwide!

I love Nationwide!!
Nationwide Pet Insurance is now provided through my workplace as of last year. As soon as I heard about it, i took full advantage of adding that on to my current benefits as all of my babies are getting older. I am so happy that I did! My pup got ill at the end of the year and had gone into heart failure due mitral valve disease and I could not have managed without this.. It will be a long road for him but Nationwide made it possible and I am forever grateful. Furthermore, for my two other healthy kitties, they easily meet their deductibles just by staying healthy and doing their yearly vaccinations, medications and dental work! This insurance has done wonders, and I will always speak highly of them.
