MAJOR PRICE INCREASE
They did okay for awhile. I received about $2500 last year in reimbursements on my $10,000 policy.. so they went ahead and raised my rate by over 2x / 100%. From about $150 per month to about $350 per month!! In one year for barely using the policy.. highway robbery..

I have had this pet ins., for three years now and its fantastic. They have always paid the vet bills I have submitted with in a few weeks and we had an emergency while we were away on vacation and they paid every part of the care and follow up care my pet needed. What a piece of mind.

I've been using Embrace for about 8 years. It's been great as far as having the easiest submittal procedures. Their rates are very reasonable compared to a lot of other pet insurances. One thing that sometimes irritates me a bit is that the website is slow. Little 'space dog' sometimes takes his sweet time in changing pages. Otherwise, no complaints!
