I had claims that were filed in July and August that were under review until Allison assisted me 2 days ago.

I had claims that were filed in July and August that were under review until Allison assisted me 2 days ago. I was never contacted to let me know that there were any questions or concerns. I had contacted Trupanion two weeks ago in inquire and was told they had all the information the needed. I am extremely appreciative of Allison’s diligence in getting it resolved. Very pleasant and professional.

I love Trupanion.
