EOB easy to read
Oliver, our 4 month old Yorkie, went two days without a BM, was not eating and vomiting. Vet x-rayed Oliver and verified that there was no permanent blockage, did a through check-up and provided prescription meds to get him back to normal. Since this unplanned visit was close to the time of initiating Pets Best Pet Health Insurance, this was our first claim submitted. We were notified when the claim was received and along the way when there was a delay in providing a refund. All-in-all it took about a month to be reimbursed but when the E.O.B. was delivered, it was thorough and easy to follow.
