I really like that i received a text message about my claim being approved. That was super convenient for me to know the claim had been processed and I didn't have to go looking into anything!

Not overly happy with coverage
I was unaware that an emergency consultation was no covered which was very expensive. I am seriously thinking of cancelling. I will discuss with my vet when I go in for my follow up.
