This was my first claim in almost eight years with Trupanion and it was seamless. I initially used the chat online and was given information and direction by a very friendly agent. I submitted invoices and received updates frequently on the claim status. Payment was received within 10 days. Amazing company to deal with - thank you!

My cat is about 17 years old (a rescue, so not sure) and we have had Pets Best for about 14 years. They have seen us through UTI’s, an abscessed paw, diabetes, pancreatitis, seizures and many other ailments - and they have been a lifesaver! I wouldn’t have been able to afford to keep my sweet baby alive and happy for this long without their help. Claims are paid quickly and I have never had a dispute with their resolution. Best decision any pet owner can do is to insure their pet with Pets Best.
