I would say I've had it.. but never actually used the benefits of it because they kept making new claims even tho the issues were related. I wouldn't NOT recommend it tho.

My Bulldog, Rooney, has been covered for over 6 years by Trupanion. Each claim seems to be handled and paid fast then the earlier ones. Hassle free, fast results and never a problem, what more could I ask for?

Short answer: Personal experience a one time interaction regarding first pet I had insured with Trupanion convinced me the company is honest and ethical.
Short answer: Personal experience, a one time interaction, regarding first pet I had insured with Trupanion convinced me the company is honest and ethical. I have not needed their services since though I chose to insure 3 new pets with them because of that initial interaction. For what it's worth, I am a retired veterinarian.
