I have 3 Havanese.

I have 3 Havanese. I got all 3 Trupanion as soon as we got them. So far only our 11 year old has needed to collect for her Cushings Disease. So far, so good..

I did not have any contact with anyone so I am not sure why I am receiving this.

I did not have any contact with anyone, so I am not sure why I am receiving this. I did try to call on Saturday, marked that I wanted my spot held in line and to be called when someone was free TWICE, and never heard anything back. Further, I am disappointed by the "coverage" that this company offers. It is extremely limited and not worth paying for.
