Excellent Insurance!
I appreciated the ease of filing a claim, quality of customer service and promptness of reimbursement. These are all reasons for referring Trupanion to others.

Easy to work with during difficult time.
I believe overall the service was good. I did not have to submit the paperwork since they worked with the vet hospital. it was an important issue to me since since my dog was very sick, and I could focus on him 100%. The company even cancelled my coverage after my Golden had passed without me having to request it.

I have not yet been able to benefit from Trupanion because I recently signed up but what it offers and the prices are quite reasonable and I hope I can benefit when needed in an emergency.

I Never Thought I Would Like an Insurer.
I recommend Trupanion to everyone. There are a handful of good alternatives, but this one is for me for a lot of reasons. One is the no limit per illness/condition. I also appreciate that my specialist and emergency vet accepts direct payment from Trupanion. And added plus is the quick and painless way they handle claims.

Invoices, medical notes and documents were easily uploaded to Trupanion's portal. I pay a very high premium for Nelson's insurance, I was amazed at how items were not covered.

Quick and Easy
It was easy to put in a claim online for the ER visit and I got reimbursed less then a week from placing the claim. I was also able to ask my Vet to get pre-approval from Trupanion and that same day, Trupanion reviewed the claim and got a response on how much Trupanion would cover. It was easy and quick. Very thankful that I invested in Pet insurance for my cat.
