Do not deal with this company
Mailed an accumulative amount of receipts that they claim they didn’t get, apparently their is a 6 month window in which you can claim. Rates increased as u used the insurance....go with a company that is more transparent...all they want is your money

Great Turn Around Time!
The last few claims that I have submitted have been reviewed approved and payment sent in a very short amount of time. I truly appreciate that since I have waited over 45 days with other insurance that I have used.

Using Nationwide was easy and the refund from my claim was quick!
The first amount from my claim that came through was incorrect, however, I called customer service and got a very friendly rep that re-submitted my claim again because the items that should have been covered were not processed and it got remedied right away. Overall a very smooth and easy process for my claim.

Great insurance, just what we needed.
Thank you for this wonderful insurance at a reasonable price. Our dog has never been sick, so it was a shock when he developed an illness, almost died, and had to be in the hospital several days. He is now feeling better and acting like his old self again. The claims process was easy with the phone app, and the electronic payment was super fast and just what I expected. Thank you, Nationwide!

Healthy Paws is truly amazing. I don’t know where I would be without this insurance. Exceeded my expectations by far.
Rosie is our first pet and I had no idea pet insurance even existed. I became aware through my corporate benefits package and signed up. Best investment ever!
Healthy Paws is the best investment I have ever made. Charlie has had multiple procedures done and Healthy Paws has been there every step of the way!
