My dog Kyzer has been supported by your group for over 10 years. She has been on meds for her OA for several years and I have never once had an issue with any claim. The best part is that the Vet office is able to send the claim directly to you so that I do not have to pay in full up front and wait for reimbursement. Thanks!!
