I am extremely happy with the service I have received over the years from BPI and now with Nationwide.
Sundance is my 4th boxer covered by Nationwide (VPI). I have been extremely happy with the care I have received. It is a good feeling to know my boxers can receive excellent veterinary care and know that my claims will be reviewed and paid in a timely manner. I sometimes brag that my dogs have better medical insurance than my friends with their own medical insurance. Thank you.

So simple! The emergency vet did not do direct billing unfortunately, but they filled out the paperwork and submitted the claim on our behalf. The claim was approved the same day and funds were literally back in our bank account the day after! Quick, painless and easy.
