Best pet insurance to have
My pup needed to see orthopedic and we went to Kinetics in Clermont FL. Trupanion made an awful situation better. Trupanion is so worth having, especially when you are facing a $5,000 invoice. In my case, Trupanion paid the vet instantly instead of me having to pay the whole bill and then get reimbursed.

Promises Kept
My dog had a horrible accident which resulted in a very significant expense. I was extremely pleased when Pets Best did EXACTLY what they promised with our contract. The premiums are very reasonable so I know the cost they had to absorb to uphold their end of the deal was large, far larger than many many years of premium! Their claim process was very easy, they did not request anything additional and they sent a payment check very fast. It's a pleasant surprise when you find a company that does what they say they will do. I am very happy with Pets Best and will recommend them to everyone "
No longer recommend
Long time, 6 pet policy customer and still i have to fight to ensure coverage isnt turned down for pre-existing conditions that do not exist. Maybe get claims adjusters who aren't con artist purposefully trying to turn down coverage with every excuse they have. If I hadn't used some of my policies id be switching pet insurance.
