Excellent customer service
The fact that it was 8:30 pm and I was able to call and get all my answers questions was brilliant! In addition, the agent I spoke with was well-informed, took the time to answer all my many questions, and was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service! Makes me feel very hopeful about my future interactions with Trupanion (should any be required of course).

I am so happy we decided to get pet insurance for our new puppy! It has already saved us a lot of money! Our little pup was hospitalized for 3 days and the bill added up very quickly. Knowing we have pet insurance made our decision to get him the best care and move forward with treatment without the stress of wondering how we would pay the bill. It is so nice having that piece of mind. The claim process was easy and I received 80% of the bill within a few weeks!
