Slow inconsistent service

I made claims for the same condition (both recently tested Lyme positive) in my two dogs. One was denied within 48 hours, citing the costs associated with the illness were 'preventive', and one was reviewed for 6 weeks and then approved. My service from Trupanion has been inconsistent, which leads to frustration.
