I've been with Embrace for over 10 years now. Since our first dog Molly, we now have 2 dogs and 2 cats on the policy. The Wellness part is the best so far. They cover everything with wellness you can have. We've been extremely happy with our experience. We would recommend them to anyone looking for insurance for their pets!

Trupanion has been wonderful to deal…
Trupanion has been wonderful to deal with. They cover EVERYTHING and pay right away. They have covered thousands of dollars of vet expenses for my cat’s small cell lymphoma treatment. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance coverage.

Overall it's been good
Overall it's been good. The speed with which you deal with claims is good. When I've had to contact customer service my experience has been good. Only problem I had was not realizing that claims had to be submitted within 90 days. The 1-2 years have been especially challenging for me as I was caring for an Alzheimer's patient at home, so I sometimes missed that cutoff date. Now that he is in assisted living I'll be able to submit those claims in a more timely fashion.

Dependable, Reliable, Comes through
I have NEVER been disappointed. I was so stressed about my Ludo's recent emergency. Scared about his prognosis and scared about paying for his care. Pumpkin now made what would have been impossible for me financially possible. I would NEVER have been able to pay for his care upfront.
