Help even with Cancer!

I'm so happy I'm insuring my pet with you. The expense of my dogs treatment is very high but your claims process is so easy and the payments come to me very quickly!! Your CSR's are all very kind and helpful which is nice when you're dog is battling a critical, potentially fatal condition. Cooper has responded well to treatment and is on his way to a full recovery!! Thank you Trupanion! Thank you from all of us!!

Save premium $ in a savings acct instead

I understand the concept of insurance and deductibles. I have yet to see any financial benefit from having this insurance. At this point, it seems like a collosal waste of money. There have been no services provided to my dog that have --- in any way --- reduced my cost. I would have been far better off placing the premium payments into a savings account to be used in the event of a large, unanticipated veterinary expense.
