Good Experience
Well, it took me thinking I wanted to drop the coverage before I learned from one of your representatives that it's per diagnosis cumulative over my puppy's lifetime that changed everything for me. Even with a $1,000 deductible, the way this little dude gets the same things over and over, it will probably pay off eventually. Thanks to your nice representative for helping explain things to me and getting me started on filing claims.... And a shout out to my vet for sending all past bills to you guys so we could start the process of getting the deductibles out of the way. Trupanion's response back was quick and fairly easy to follow regarding what was counted, what wasn't and what deductible has been met.

We sadly lost our dog a few weeks ago, we had Tripanion since she was 8 weeks old and we cannot say enough good things on how fast and helpful they were over the past year and a half. Our dog received several rounds of chemotherapy which maintained her happy during those 18 months. We were able to be with her that would not have been possible without the support that we received from trupanion.

Love Trupanion - My lab survived !!!
Trupanion has been awesome so far with reimbursing claims and being very diligent about the same . Customer service lines are excellent and staff are absolutely wonderful and reassuring when they pick up phones . My yellow lab with 3 cancers going on at the same time and survived so far because I could afford his treatments due to his insurance with Trupanion ! I will highly recommend this company . A claim during COVID situation was processed faster than usual timeline . I was taken back in a very pleasant way !! Thank you all !
