I had a great experience with the sales representative when I requested a quote! She was easy to reach and she explained the difference in the Prudent Pet policy and many of the other insurance plans. I feel confident I made a great choice for my new dog! Even though the processing was a little slow due to COVID the actual process was easy. I submitted my forms and right at 30 days I had received my reimbursement minus the deductible. Every little bit helps.
