Had a difficult time finding the phone number as the email I received from a Trupanion employee provided me the incorrect contact info. Trupanion worked with my vet to get the claim processed quickly and once the claim was made, the turnaround time was efficient and the money transferred to the vet as requested. We are grateful for having Trupanion to help us out in our time of need.
