Well, I havent reached my large deductible yet but my vets office said everying goes into the Trupanion computer so its a clear channel from my dogs needs to the insurance. hopefully i wont need it much, but it seems seamless.

Trupanion is wonderful!
Trupanion is wonderful. In early 2019 my beloved dog got diagnosed with a significant illness and was hospitalized for a week. She has had multiple labs since then. The good news is my dog is doing very well. Trupanion has been easy to work with. They have paid all the claims without any questions and in a timely manner. I really appreciate this insurance, and I will always carry Trupanion for all my animals.
