Update. Today they response to bad review. To call them... that tells you how bad they are. they check for reviews but dont process claims. They dont seem to read either.. when you write they dont answer or return phone calls ... they ask me to call them... why ? so they wont answer again nor call you back. Dont use this company.... horrible coverage. do not use them. they dont process claims. they don't answer emails, they don't answer phone calls. they take your monthly premium and provide NO SERVICE. I am canceling. DO not Trust them. despite the implied good ASPCA name

I’m so grateful for this service. Submitting claims via the app is very convenient and you are able to check on the progress without the need to speak to customer support. Thank you for caring...this means alot to our fur family 🐾

Poor Customer Service
Trying to get reimbursed for a claim. They sent 6 emails saying only they need additional information. They contacted my vet multiple times, even though I told them they do not communicate with insurance companies. It took me a month to discover they needed a glucose read. Why they couldn't say that in one of the many emails, we could have resolved this long ago. They put the policyholder through the ringer. I would not recommend.

Great customer service
Healthy Paws has been an excellent insurance company to work with! It was such a relief to know that we had pet insurance when our dog needed to have a total ear ablation. Customer support was a delight; they were responsive and communicated where were were in the claims process every step of the way. I definitely recommend Healthy Paws, not only for the attention to the customer, but for the peace of mind of working with them!

The most reliable and easy to use claim form it amazing. I will never use any other Pet Insurer!
They take the worry out of caring for your pet. If they have an accident or illness, knowing I will be partially reimbursed, takes the guess work out of, should I bring him or not. Easy to understand Claim Form, great Customer Service and great value.
