Accessible. Your information came to me from my puppy’s breeder along with a sign-up offer. Because of this COVID nightmare I had to drive (not fly) a 2 day trip to bring him home and while on that trip I neglected to make the phone call to activate the offer which needed to be done within 24 hours of picking him up. When I did call your agent was very knowledgeable and professional and offered to give me a call on the day of the puppy’s first veterinarian appointment — which would also activate the offer. Of course the 30 day discount offer isn’t the REASON I signed up or would recommend you. Rather, I deal with insurance A LOT, auto, home, health, whole nine yards. It is ALWAYS a major pain in the neck and a lot of work on my end. Tons of paperwork and records I have to retrieve and submit. With you guys I dealt with NONE of that. Your agent politely and quickly took care of all of it. His questions required me to look nothing up. All I had to do was answer the phone and give the payment information. I’d recommend you to everyone I know.

Easy, breezy sign-up!
Once we decided that we were not going to be able to convert our 30 day free trial coverage online and had to call (which, frustratingly enough, was not explained on your website) the rest was easy! Coverage will be excellent.

Overall I’m happy with Trupanion.
Overall I’m happy with Trupanion. Unsatisfied with finding out that when I dropped an add on I couldn’t add it back on. I was NOT told this when I dropped it. It was the recovery program that is for lazer, acupuncture and hydrotherapy. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT IT COVERED BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS. I find out now that if your dog has behavioral problems (ex: biting, scared to go out of the house, problems with other dogs, etc. they pay for Board and Train at licensed facilities.

Excellent pet insurance.
I would not have a dog without pet insurance. It gives us peace of mind to give our pet family member the healthcare she needs. I do not hesitate to take her to the vet if I feel she has a problem. Pets Plus Us is easy to deal with and claims are settled easily. I highly recommend this insurance.
