She was so patient with me on the phone as I asked a million questions in preparation for our puppy's arrival and has since been extremely communicative via email any time I've had follow up questions. We have two dogs covered by MetLife and have never had a problem with a claim. The coverage offered is excellent, communication is quick and thorough, and reimbursement is no problem. The claims process is easy and straightforward through the site. Payment was turned around within a week, and customer service was super helpful with questions. They are definitely more expensive which is my only issue. When prices rose this year I had to raise my deductible to afford insurance.

"In May of this year (2025) we learned that our young, sweet dog (fur baby, we have no children of our own) Blackjack was diagnosed with lymphoma. We have had him about 3.5 years and he is a rescue. When we learned of this news, we were devastated of course. Thank God we had insured both of our dogs with pet insurance from Pets Best. This pet insurance has been a lifesaver for us. Blackjack's oncologist appointments and cancer treatments have been very expensive and with petsbest insurance covering 80%, it has helped immensely. This is the only way we are able to continue paying for our sweet pups treatments- with the help of the insurance. The yearly insurance is affordable for us because we budget for it. Having insurance for pets is a MUST. You never know what can happen especially with rescues. I would recommend PetsBest to anyone. PetsBest insurance was recommended to us by another pet parent and I am SO glad we got pet insurance.
