Trupanion Cares.
Trupanion is the best. They are so helpful and nice. It was so easy to file on line. They process the claim very quickly. They are always available to answer any questions. They explain everything so thoroughly. I have a Chihuahua who went through Cataract surgery and lens implantation, and a few other procedures. Trupanion was there for me. Seamless Coverage
My dog had to undergo dental surgery which was really expensive and would have been a big financial hit before xmas without pet insurance. Trupanion made it super easy: while I was waiting for my dog to be picked up and the bill from the vet, Trupanion approved the charges, paid their covered share all in a span of 10 min. I was very grateful that I didn't have to pay the whole bill upfront and then submit it for reimbursement of the covered amount. It was also a big relief how quickly it was all handled. It made my experience (although traumatic for my dog) very positive. Thank you!

Once I finally got to a specialist she was able to assist with no issues and very quickly.
Once I finally got to a specialist, she was able to assist with no issues and very quickly. Sadly on my first attempt earlier that day, it was not as simple... as apparently no one was available and someone was to call back but never did so I had to call back. With my other pet on the same policy, it was difficult to register as well.
