We got trupanion and were comfortable with paying a larger monthly fee relative to other insurers because we were under the impression that we would have an easy time submitting claims and getting reimbursed.

Waited a while for X-rays to get approved (3 hours in parking lot at the vets) which is one of the reasons we appreciated Trupanion other than that great help one the phone and super nice!
