I have found you that you guys do what you say you will do!! You make the decisions in taking care of our fur family much easier. I can make a decision based more on what is best for my furry friend and not just can I pay for it. I have help! Thank you!! Also have been very timely in reimbursement of covered expenses!

I haven’t used the service at all and was not pleased to have my rate for one of my dogs increase almost 50% for this year.
I haven’t used the service at all and was not pleased to have my rate for one of my dogs increase almost 50% for this year. The only reason I switched from my prior insurance company was because Trupanion said it did not raise rates every year as a pet ages but apparently that was not true.

Life saver. My dog Jack Bear has been going through cancer treatment for the past 17 months and Trupanion helped me out with thousands of dollars for the best treatments for JB. The customer service representatives are dog lovers and understand how important our 4-legged companions are to us. They paid even for physical therapy!

My vet works directly with Trupanion when billing. I do not have to file any claims. My vet gets an immediate answer from Trupanion and then bills the balance. Eezy Peezy!
