ASPCA Pet Health Insurance was the best decision my husband and I made when we brought home our new puppy a year and a half ago. No one ever thinks you'll need it with such a young dog but we did and ASPCA was quick to reimburse us. They were easy to contact and very helpful.

Simple and efficient process at a stressful time
I didn't expect the process of submitting a claim to be so simple. I used my phone and took pictures from the paperwork or online. This was particularly important at such a stressful time as Sam was very sick. The submissions took literally a couple of minutes, they were processed promptly and I received the money back with no further questions asked. I have had the insurance policy for years and was lucky enough not to have to use it before now, I'm thankful I chose Nationwide all those years ago.

I have wellness and emergency coverage the claim process is easy to use and the have a quick payment timeframe so I can pay money back to credit card. I have recommended ASPCA Health Plan to on Facebook to the Yorkie Club sight I belong to. Excellent ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

ASPCA insurance was fair and timely…
ASPCA insurance was fair and timely with their decisions on claims for my pet. Only shortly after signing up for ASPCA, my dog needed to have knee surgery. At first, ASPCA denied the claim as a pre-existing condition due in part to erroneous notes from my vet that made it sound like it could have been. My vet and I both contacted ASPCA to correct the notes, and I was able to appeal the decision. ASPCA reversed their decision, paying the claim in full. I know some people would give them a low rating for denying the claim initially, but I appreciate their willingness to listen to new information and ultimately make the correct decision.

Great Help for an Old Dog
I really like being able to file a claim over the Internet. This seems to have made the turn around time a lot faster. These days, I know it must be quite a job to manage all the claims you must have and I do appreciate your help with Shumba. He's an old dog, and I for one, will not forsake him in his infirmities. It's a comfort to know you won't either. Thank you for your hard work and assistance.
