Trupanion is simply a wonderful company to deal with.
Trupanion is simply a wonderful company to deal with. Every single transaction that I have had with them has been dealt with quickly and efficiently every time! The representatives are compassionate and genuinely caring individuals who make you feel like you are part of a big family. I have not ever felt like just a "policy number" with Trupanion, not once. I have yet to file a claim for my pet, but I am not in the least bit concerned about having to do it if that moment arises as I have the utmost faith in this company. I have complete peace of mind knowing that Trupanion has our back. If you are thinking about Trupanion or on the fence about it; do it. You will not regret it! And your pet will definitely thank you! I know mine does. And knowing she is covered for quite literally anything...well, I couldn't put a price on that! My cat and I sincerely thank you, Trupanion! One of the best!

Worth the money
The claims process is always so simple, and fast. I often get my approval notice for meds before the vet even has a chance to call to say they're ready. And the odd time I have a question or need help, customer service is very helpful and quick to reply. Very, very glad we got this for our Berner. The monthly premiums were a bit higher than we were used to but it's more than paid for itself after a year.

So far so good. Couldn't give full marks as my premiums seem to have more than doubled in 6 years. That seems excessive.
