Trupanion was wonderful throughout.
Trupanion was wonderful throughout. The agent I spoke to re transfer to acute was not very helpful or reassuring in helping to explain how to bridge the claim to the acute care hospital when I was in distress. I have always found the agents extremely empathetic and kind. She and I may have just been having a bad day. Otherwise wonderful as always:)
