Couldn't Ask for More
We are so thankful we chose Healthy Paws as our pet insurance. Sadly, our new puppy had to visit the ER twice in one month. Healthy Paws reimbursed us for the majority of the bills minus our deductible. It was exceptionally easy to submit the claim and we received the check in no time! I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I attempted to reach Pets Best by phone…
I attempted to reach Pets Best by phone and was on hold for over 45 minutes and hung up at that point. Only way to reach the company was by "chat." Very hard to explain issues through chat! I was also sent an email that was erroneous saying that my claim had been closed. That was done by mistake and took quite awhile to get resolved. This was my first claim and the process was very underwhelming. The issue finally got resolved but took a significant amount of time.

Process needs a second look...
Well, it probably could have been lower, if only based on the experience. (Your reviews look super!). First, it would not take a password, called them all weak including the generated one! Finally in put one with spaces and it took. Weird. Then when trying to get to the password, it was supposed to email me and gave me 30 minutes to respond to the email. It took about 5 minutes at least to generate the email and by then, I was engrossed in work. Third time, I finally made it, barely in time. Anyway. It is done.
