Pet insurance seems like a luxury until your pet has an emergency. Two weeks before Christmas an unleashed dog attacked my dog while she was being taken for a walk. The emergency vet bill came to nearly $1,000; I was relieved that I didn't need to worry about the cost and could concentrate on my dog's recovery. The claims process is very easy; you can submit your claim on the website or through their app. I did not have to wait long before the reimbursement was deposited directly into my account. I even received a follow-up email asking how our dog was doing. Great customer service, smooth claims process, and timely reimbursements made me a satisfied customer.

I shopped around and checked out the competition. For me, Pets Best had the best overall cost and coverage. Our previous carrier’s price was significantly higher and had a more complex claim submission process.

Healthy Paws Pet insurance has provided me with superb service. Less than a week of owning my puppy, he ended up hospitalized. it was an unfortunate incident. I did expect to encounter medical bills so soon. Needless to say, I was thankful that I purchased pet insurance immediately upon acquiring my pup. Filing a claim with Healthy Paws was fast and easy. I was able to upload my vet bills via the app. The whole process of settling the claim took only 5 days. It was hassle-free. I have paid for Figo insurance for my…
I have paid for Figo insurance for my dogs two years without a claim. As a condition of purchasing this insurance all medical records from the last 2 years were submitted. I faxed several invoices recently for the year from the same vet for my 13 year old dog. Nothing major. Blood tests due to recently elevated liver enzymes. An eye infection. I was told I had to supply the name and number of my dog’s breeder! Supply dates for every specialist Rudy had ever seen with chart notes. To top it off I was given 3 days to supply this information to keep the claim open. Figo is the same as every other pet insurance I have tried. They deny every claim. Too bad there is no regulation of this industry. My advice is to save the money you would have spent on pet insurance to use if need arises.

Service from staff has been great
Service from staff has been great, Only complaint: I've had this insurance for years and it was reasonable. Then FIGO switched providers in 2019 and the monthly fee doubled. Not such a great deal anymore. Can't switch insurance because of pre-existing condition.
