With Trupanion now for 14 years
We've had Trupanion now for 14 years. Very impressed with the service and the speed with which claims are processed, especially at the ER. I recommend Trupanion to anyone with a pet. When speaking with agents on the phone they are very helpful, know their stuff, and wants what's best for your pet.

I just signed up today
I just signed up today. There was a monthly fee quoted, which I am fine with. However, when I submitted my first payment, there was an additional $15 "enrollment fee" added. I didn't see anything on the website that indicated that there was going to be an additional fee charged. If this fee had been clearly listed, I wouldn't have had an issue. But tacking on an additional fee is dishonest. FIGO refused to credit this fee back to me. I'm considering canceling my enrollment, since I no longer have confidence in FIGO's honesty.

9 years of Thank's!!!!
For the last 9 years or so I've had the support I needed just in time I requested. Every time I was in the vet with my beloved dog and I needed approval I was surprised with the agility I received the positive answer. My experience with Trupanion was 100% of the time just perfect. Thanks to Trupanion My dog had a so much better life and my financial side was protected. The only way to be honest on my comments about Trupanion is to say they are amazing and really dedicated to they purpose. Thank's Trupanion for all good service I received from you!!!!
