Fast, Easy, Convenient
Our 5 year old English Bulldog needed knee surgery. We were worried about this, as it was a bit pricey. For the health of the dog we went through and had the surgery done. That same day I filed and submitted the claim for this. Within a few weeks I had received an e-mail stating that the claim had successful been filled and by the next day I had a reimbursement waiting for me in my bank account. The fact that we were able to do everything online at our convenience gave us the opportunity to focus on the recovery process after the surgery and got him back to full health faster.

I am so happy I chose this company. With so many like businesses out there one doesn’t know who to trust. I’m was pleasantly surprised to find the process easy and to be reimbursed for unexpected eye injury to my dog.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE. My dog has allergies. In Florida my rate was $38 / month. I moved to North Carolina and they doubled my rate YET A NEW CUSTOMER IN THE SAME CITY WOULD PAY $38. Although they pay claims fast, they are a scam .... funny but the 'new jacked up rate' is how much my meds cost for the dog. My advice DON'T USE.....unless you never plan to move from your home.

Perfect Company
This pet insurance is the best I have ever had. I adopted a barely 1 year old cat with numerous intestinal issues and it has taken emergencies and tests to get a diagnosis and finally a treatment. Embrace has been amazing nthe whole time. Claims processed in days and deposited directly into our account. Despite the issues, my premium has not gone up much at all. Really impressed! I tell everyone about them!

Very pleased with Healthy Paws Insurance
I'm very pleased with Healthy Paws Insurance. They quickly review bill after submitted and quick to reimburse. They take the time to ask how my pet was doing after his surgery. Very thoughtful ❣️. My vet had asked me about this insurance and I gave them a two thumbs up. They are going to refer Healthy Paw's to more of their clients.

Lack knowledge for claim review and customer service
Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the process to review claims . Once you meet a deductible the company finds a reason to restart a new deductible. The goal of the company is. NOT to pay your claim and rather have you once again start new deductibles for same symptoms. The review of a claim the second time after an error is EXTREMELY frustrating for the veterinary office and customer with no results. If you have a simple expense and process immediately it works okay. Once there are multiple claims for multiple visits trupanion seems to try NOT to pay.
