I think the Pet Insurance and the Customer Service is tops, and Thank you for sending check ups on my best friend 'Jasper'.
Anytime I have had a question and needed to call, the calls have always been answered promptly and whatever customer rep I have talked with has always been courteous and knowledgeable and over the years I have mentioned to hundreds of people that I think Pet Insurance through you is the best. Keep up the good work. Jasper is doing much better after his last visit, took all his medicine and doing great, other than he says it is time for his haircut, but with COVID-19 they are not doing grooming, and he is a bit ticked. He loves to look good!!! He is so spoiled, but so worth it.

GREAT Customer Service!
I spoke with 'Karen,' who was so professional and knowledgeable about helping me get my puppy's first scheduled vet visit during the necessary time frame for the vet to complete the Orthopedic Report Card. I was able to get my puppy's visit rescheduled two days earlier because of Karen's assistance, and I really appreciate the MyEmbrace Contact Center Staff being fully trained and such wonderful Brand Ambassadors for such a truly wonderful Pet Insurance Product (and I researched MANY prior to making my final choice!), Thank you, Karen and Embrace!

Stands Above The Rest
My wife and I were thinking about purchasing pet insurance so we had done a lot of research. It was clear that Nationwide stood out among the rest. One of the best factors is their customer service after the sale. The whole process from purchasing the insurance to getting paid for a claim is very quick. Last week one of our dogs that is covered needed some dental care that cost $2,000 and within three days of our vet filing a claim, a check was on the way for 90% reimbursement. What made our decision even easier was that my employer offered this optional insurance through payroll deduction. I would recommend Nationwide to any pet owner, just give them a chance.

Easy claim submittal process and super fast claim processing
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance review Healthypaws has been a lifesaver this past year for my 4 year old Golden Retriever. I noticed her on and off limping for a while, and eventually after seeing a few vets, learned she had a torn ACL. The surgery was estimated to cost $4,800, along with the costs of all of the pre-work and post therapy. Healthypaws was prompt at responding to each claim leading up to the surgery, which gave me confidence that the surgery bill was not going to be issue. My large claim was processed within 2 days of submitting, and I have since received personal follow up emails checking in on her recovery. The app made it incredibly easy to submit claims, as well-it took about 3 minutes. Through all of the stress of the surgery itself, it's been a huge relief to not have to worry about the potential debt the procedure could have put me in if it wasn't for Healthpaws. It was such a relief knowing we have Healthy Paws when our dog got sick!
Our dog got really sick with pancreatitis during COVID-19 and we were a complete wreck. To top it off, we had lost most of our income. Murphy had to be in intensive care for almost a week, and we weren't sure how we were going to get through it financially. Fortunately, healthy paws was SO QUICK in responding and helping us out, and they processed our claim and we had reimbursement checks within a matter of a few days. I am so grateful we had healthy paws for this experience.

Excellent Insurance
I submit my claims through the VitusVet mobile app. It's very quick and easy to use. Claims have almost always been handled quickly. On the few occasions when I've spoken with Customer Service, I have been very pleased with the friendly, efficient help that I've received.
