Yoy have gotten better in relating to customers and in sending reimbursements
Several months ago I referred two friends to you and they said you were very curt with them I called you and the person I spoke with could have cared less about how potential customers were addressed. I had questions about my own dog and did not receive satisfactory information. I called recently and the person was a lot more considerate and would answer my questions. Also, reimbursements are coming a lot sooner. I hope you have changed your policies about dealing with referrals. During that period of time, I recommended another company that my cousin deals with and my two friends were very satisfied with them. I hope this does not happen again ,

Excellent service
Our 7 month Dachshund Chaos had a blockage and had to have surgery. Within 10 of the surgery the claim was filed, approved and the check was received. What a pleasant surprise. They even sent an email checking on him. If you are looking for insurance for your pets, I would consider HealthyPaws, we are glad we did.
