I am not very impressed by Trupanion.
I am not very impressed by Trupanion. I would have to tell an individual that it appears many things are not covered. I was also disappointed that the only way you can determine if something is covered or not is to submit a claim. I do not feel that the product is really worth the cost and am seriously considering whether I am still interested in this product..

I love that I can speak to someone quickly and they are always very friendly and helpful. Like exceptional with customer service. I will never be able to give a full 10 though because I believe the way my puppy’s file was dealt with in the early time was not great.

Customer service is very good at Trupanion however rates keep increasing too much each year.
Customer service is very good at Trupanion, however, rates keep increasing too much each year. It may be more cost effective to start an emergency savings plan instead when adopting a pet.
