Payment method not preferred
I preferred when the vet was able to submit and we only had to pay the difference. Trupanion’s amount was sent to the vet in a check and the customer didn’t have to worry about that portion and getting reimbursed for it.

The claim was dealt with fairly and I agree with the payment. My pet passed away last week and the person I spoke with on the phone was so kind and compassionate. Trupanion is truly staffed by people who love animals.

Having Trupanion on Your Side.
While dealing with multiple operations for cancer in my beautiful miniature bull terrier, having Trupanion on my side left many less things for me to worry about. Even my vet wishes all pet insurance was like Trupanion. The ease of having the covered portion automatically sent to the vet saved me from up-front out of pocket costs. I can't speak more highly of this company.
