I was told by this employee who is not a vet that all cases of ear infections are caused by allergies in dogs.

I was told by this employee, who is not a vet, that all cases of ear infections are caused by allergies in dogs. This is either a lie to use as an excuse to deny my claim, or it is outright wrong. Either way she is not qualified to make this opinion. She was reluctant to give me information about filing an appeal. She seemed very dishonest and I am extremely unhappy about this experience.
