I have been with Trupanion for many years now.
I have been with Trupanion for many years now. They have always been very friendly and professional with each call and email. Apparently I have a knack for picking "lemon" dogs (as my vets office likes to say), so having insurance is a must for me. The ability to have a claim filed right away, have the vets office paid and any reimbursements sent right to my account have been amazing.

It is so very easy to file a claim on line. After filing an immediate response comes that your claim has been filed. Within two days, you receive news of your claim and the amount of money you will be reimbursed. If you want to talk to a real human, the call line is always manned with a really nice human!
