Good but expensive
Quick to process and easy to file but they have gotten way too expensive here in Illinois. Unfortunately once you’ve signed up you can’t change due to any pre existing conditions. They do pay and I won’t be without pet insurance for my beloved goldens.

I love you Guys!!!! I have submitted claims a few times over the years. You pay what you say you will. Claims are so easy to submit. Reimbursement is timely!! I’ve called with questions once or twice and everyone is so very kind. I will always have Trupanion for my furry family members!!

Trupanion is a true blessing
Abby is our first true inside dog. We were empty nesters when we got her and we can’t imagine a home without her. She’s been a very healthy dog but since December she’s needed 3 major surgeries and don’t what we would have done without Trupanion. Thank you doesn’t come close to expressing what we feel

Who Wants A Healthy Pet?
Definitely recommend to anyone with a pet. Yes, you have to have the funds upfront, but there is peace of mind in knowing that a portion of those funds will return in about a week. It makes the cost of having a healthy pet manageable.

Claim was quickly and easily processed on line, without interrogatories or delay. Exceptions to what was on my bill but was not covered under my policy were clearly explained.
