I never thought that my 4 hear old…
I never thought that my 4 hear old Cocker would need to be hospitalized for an awful condition like Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia - but she did. It came on suddenly and before we knew it she was in the ICU. We would never have taken a second to consider not getting her the treatment she so desperately needed but I knew we had Trupanion on our side so cost was less of an issue. Trupanion makes the claim process super, super easy! They do very rapid responses to let you know they got the claim info and they processed it all in about a week. We were amazed and tremendously grateful. They paid what we expected and it has made the whole ordeal so much easier. Luckily, our puppy daughter is back home and doing great. Thank you to the talented vets who took care of her and thank you to Trupanion who took care of all of us. :) If you are looking for pet insurance look no further than Trupanion, they are the best!

Thank God for Healthy Paws
A simple urinary infection turned out to be bladder stones that required surgery. Good thing for insurance or my pet would have suffered. Healthy Paws processed claims quickly and efficiently.

I am obligated to leave a 5 star review for Trupanion. I know I pay insurance premiums and I did that to make sure my dog would be covered but I am floored at the quality and kindness shown to us. We signed up the minute we got our puppy hoping to never use it. But peace of mind knowing we had it. When it came time to use it 6 years later I was a little worried, but can I say the people who help me either by phone, email or live chat, have been kind, courteous and helpful beyond my expectations. Thank you for helping us save our dog.
