TPLO Success
Given the situation that we went through, Trupanion was a great insurer for us. They worked with our vets office and didn't question the claim and paid for their portion accordingly. My dog required TPLO on both legs and the vet even said that Trupanion is the best insurer to be with as they are among the few that would cover both. There were zero complications and since then i have referred two friends to Trupanion. Great experience and would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Easy to file a claim online with just taking a picture of the invoice from the vet.
It was super easy being able to file a claim, all I had to do was follow the very easy online instructions, take a clear photograph with my cell phone of the invoice and it was taken care of.

Our Dog is so Lucky to have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance
We adopted our Charlie dog when he was five months old and we were told that he was a lab mix. He was a beautiful light brindle with golden eyes and the sweetest personality. We wanted to make sure he was healthy and happy and got Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. In his first couple of years, we used it a few times -- even once for kennel cough. It was "handy" in the way we thought pet insurance would be. Before he turned 2 years old, he got diagnosed with a rare and debilitating cancer. We were so stunned. We were even told after several blood tests and ultrasounds that we should just let him get comfortable. But luckily an oncologist suggested chemotherapy because he was just so young. Healthy Paws ALLOWED US TO EVEN CONSIDER THAT AS A POSSIBILITY. He went through several rounds of chemotherapy (at a heavy cost every 3 weeks). After almost 8 months, his doctor said he was stable and in remission. Without Healthy Paws, their quick turnaround, ease of use on the app, and KIND CUSTOMER SERVICE, we wouldn't have our pup today. Thank you Healthy Paws!
