Having a chronically ill pet is hard. Paying the bills is a downer, too. I am so glad Trupanion is always responsive to my submissions, and the emails worded with kindness. The payment emails are concise and clear. I feel Trupanion shares in my hidden sadness, making care for my pet seem "shared."

Overall good benefits and price!
I appreciate how easy it was to submit and view a claim. I do wish it would process faster (took 4-6 weeks for the first claim to process but then the second and third processed sooner) and wish it was easier to see how much of your deductible has been paid for each condition.
