System seems unorganized as well as lacking communication. I was told right away that the claim was denied, yet I received several emails saying it was in review, and it took about a month to get an email saying it was denied when I already knew the answer from the vet's office. Just seemed confusing.

The claims process is pretty easy and fast.
The claims process is pretty easy and fast. My only concern are the parameters for coverage. A $750 deductible per condition is high, especially if veterinary services related to that claim aren't covered. For example, expenses related to the exam aren't included, even though the exam is necessary to identify the condition. That seems ridiculous so while I have the insurance now for my current do, when I get another dog in future, I may not opt to use Trupanion.
