I simply cannot say enough about Healthy Paws. They are quick, make claims so easy and when things become stressful at times with a pet that is ill, it’s the one thing you never have to worry about adding more stress. Best decision I have made was to get my pet insurance through them!

Not worth it.
Waiting time on the phone is indefinite. Time is money, and my time is valuable too. As to chatting with someone on line, my experience was not any better. Reimbursement rate is minimum. Between paying premiums and meeting anual deductible, is just simply not worth it. I found that if I put in my savings what I pay in premiums, I’d end up saving money. My dogs are healthy and the rate of reimbursement for things like spaying and neutering are minimum! Just simply not worth the money. I would not recommend Pets Best to anyone. I would much rather go with the wellness care package our vet offers. It’s a lot cheaper. Re: your response: Customer portal communication through the app, as I said in my original response is not any better. It is as terrible as waiting on the phone. Communicating to Pest Best is however, is only 1/2 the problem. The other 1/2 is the rate of reimbursement.

Put claim in Monday--Paid Wednesday
Easy to use claim service online--just include vet invoice. With direct deposit, paid almost immediately. I had insurance with Healthy Paws for over about 9 years, my dog is 11, and it has always been easy and accurate. I always recommend them to friends and other dog owners.

Trupanion helped us afford live saving surgeries more than once.
We've had Trupanion help us cover life-saving surgeries two times: once when one cat ate a needle and needed urgent exploratory abdominal surgery and recently when our male cat had a urinary obstruction and needed an unblocking and a P U surgery. Trupanion offers low, fixed monthly premiums depending on how old your pet is at the time of enrollment. You never know what is going to happen with an animal's health. Very practically: If you get reliable pet insurance, it makes it much easier to make the decision to get surgery by reducing financial pressure. You don't want to be in a position of looking at your wallet and wondering if you can afford it when your pet's life is in danger. Trupanion made it easier for me to act to save the creatures I care for.

Quick and easy claim process and payment
Super easy to submit claim via mobile app. Payment was direct deposited to my account. I couldn't have ask for more from healthy paws to keep my goldendoole insured.

Trupanion is amazing!!
Trupanion has been a lifesaver for my Doberman. Trupanion makes it SO easy to file a claim, talk to a representative, and quick payment. I am so thankful I learned about Trupanion. I feel so much more comfortable knowing if something happens to my Doberman that I can get him taken care of quickly and Trupanion can help with some/most of the expense!
